Tour Overview

Day 1


  • Arrival in Tashkent, accommodation at the hotel in 12:00.
  • Excursion is along Tashkent: “Independence” Square, museum of Amir Timur,  “Barak-Khan Madrassah”,  “Kukeldash Madrassah”,  “Mausoleum of  Kaffal -Shashi”.
  • Diner in restaurant. The resistant dish is “Narin” (selected lamb and beef, horse sausage-kazy, onions, finely chopped dough, vegetable oil and a set of spices).
  • Overnight is in hotel.
Day 2


  • Breakfast  is in the hotel.
  • Departure to Samarkand by morning train, accommodation in 12:00.
  • Arrival in Samarkand.
  • Excursion: “Gur-Emir Mausoleum”, “Ensemble Reghistan Square”, “Cathedral Mosque Bibi-Khanym”.
  • Lunch in the restaurant. The resistant dish- “Pilaf”. At the Center of pilaf you can taste Samarkand pilaf –lamb or beef, fattened fat, rice, carrots, onions, peas, garlic, vegetable oil and a set of spices, special skills of the cook and the air of Samarkand.
  • Excursion: “Complex Shakhi-Zinda”, “Ulugbegh Observatory”,”Saint Daniel’s Tomb”. Tour to a paper factory “Koni-Ghil” , where you can see how ancient silk paper was made.
  • Dinner in the restaurant, the resistant dish –“Shashlik”(barbecue)
  • Overnight is in hotel.
Day 03


  • Breakfast is in the hotel.
  • Departure to Bukhara by train.
  • Arrival in Bukhara, accommodation at the hotel.
  •  Lunch in the reataurant. Bukhara pilaf tasting.
  • Excursion: “Ulugbegh’s Madrassah”, “ Madrassah of Nadir-Divan-Beghi”, “Abdulaziz-Khan Madrassah”.
  • Walk on night Bukhara.
  • Dinner in the restaurant. The resistant dishes: “Assorted of dolma”, “Samsa of Bukhara”.
Day 04


  • Breakfast is in the hotel.
  • Excursion: “Mausoleum of the Samanids”, “Ensemble Poi-Kayan”, “Ark fortress”.
  • Lunch in the restaurant. Tasting of “Tandir-Kebab” (baked meat in the oven).
  • Excursion:  “Summer residence Sitora-i-Mokhi Khosa”,  “ Mausoleum of Chashma –Ayub”, “ Mausoleum of Bakhauddin”.
  • Dinner in the restaurant. The resistant dishes: “Manty”-is a very popular and widespread dish of Uzbek home cooking, wich is prepared on a steam. For preparing this dish requires vegetable oil, beef meat, stuffing box, onion, dough, salt and spices. “Shurpa”-a rich broth consisting of mutton or beef, small ruffled fatty fat, potatoes, carrots, onions, peas nukhat (peas) greens and a set of spices.
Day 5


  • Departure to Tashkent by morning train (breakfast- lunch box).
  • Arrival in Tashkent.
  • Departure from Tashkent.
